That "watermark, or logo, whatever it is makes part of the image hard to read. While I like her face overall, I'm not entirely sure what you wanted to convey with the water. If you don't mind a small critique, I have seen a lot of your work, and like many of the better artists here, some of your work seems to be an exercise in "Look what I can do with this nice computer program" rather than using composition to illustrate character. I know very little of this person, but, as it is a personal art gift, I think it is all right in this case.
But if I had to tell someone about this character based just on what I see, I'm afraid that would not be a great deal to tell. It is an ongoing problem with artists in the age of the computer, I'm afraid.

Nice work, in the main. Keep it up.
